CANCELLATION POLICY
IT’S WINE TIME accepts cancellations of confirmed reservations up to 24 hours prior to departure with no penalty.
Confirmed reservations cancelled more than 12 hours but less than 24 hours prior to departure will be charged at 50% of the confirmed price.
No Shows and confirmed reservations cancelled less than 12 hours prior to departure will be charged at the full confirmed price.
Reservations will only be confirmed by provision of a current and valid VISA or MASTERCARD detail.
IT’S WINE TIME reserves the right to waive cancellation charges in circumstances beyond the control of the intended passenger.
IT’S WINE TIME guarantees a full refund to intending passengers if a tour is cancelled by us prior to commencement. Pro Rata refunds will be made if a tour is terminated early.
IT’S WINE TIME reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if the operation of or continuation of that tour could be deemed to put any person at risk.
